Passage Meditation Retreats for Young Adults in their 20s and 30s

Looking to learn passage meditation? Looking to strengthen or reinvigorate your established passage meditation practice?  A YA retreat is one of the best ways to go about either of these goals. Join other 20- 30-somethings for a weekend, or even a week, to delve deeply into the mechanics of passage meditation, and the nitty gritty details of sustaining a spiritual practice in the context of modern life.

Our workshops entirely focused on building establishing or strengthening your passage meditation practice (no therapy sessions here!). Without having to share personal details, you will be able to build a concrete strategy to address issues in your life ranging eating habits to dealing with death of a loved one. The retreat will give you a systematic process for when you return home to apply the 8 points to any hurdle that crops up in day-to-day life.

Through the whole weekend you will enjoy time with seeking, interesting, and wonderful young adults. The depth of the conversation and the hilarity are unparalleled!

Fees: We never want financial issues to keep you from attending a passage meditation retreat! We have a flexible fee structure, with a standard fee of $200 and a “sliding scale” of $75 – 250 for our YA weekend retreats. This basically allows you to choose the price that seems right for you. Read more here about our retreat fees. Even with the sliding scale, we know money can be tight. We have generous scholarships and payment plans, don’t hesitate to contact financial.aid@easwaran.org to work something out.
