Our Blue Mountain Blog team has been looking at the new material on the website, and we've particularly enjoyed the library of Easwaran's Talks & Writings. Easwaran has a unique perspective on topics that affect us all, such as loving relationships, death, and building the will.

This week we'd like to highlight three articles in which Easwaran comments on these themes, and invite you in turn to dive in!

We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below. Is there a particular message of Easwaran's that caught your attention? How has it helped you deepen your spiritual practices?

Eknath Easwaran: Patience & Beauty

This week we're pleased to share with you a 30-minute video from the Video of the Month series. In this lively talk, Easwaran describes how spiritual practices can help us to increase our patience, good-will, and love for all – qualities which are all markers of inner beauty.

We're always interested to hear what stands out to you in the video. Share any thoughts or tips you're taking away in the comments below!
