We were so pleased last week to hear about all the ways you plan to give in the coming year. Easwaran often speaks about the role of selfless service on the spiritual path, so we decided to explore this topic in more depth.

This week we're featuring an hour-long talk from 1989 on meditation and selfless service. In this talk Easwaran shares quotes and inspiration from many saints and mystics from around the world. He explains how meditation increases our capacity to serve, and how service in turn helps us to deepen our meditation.
